Library Board Meeting April 11, 2006 The meeting started at 7:00 p.m. Those attending were Marvin Rensing, Ollie Schwallenstecker,
Evert Lehman, Bob Landreth, Sally Bruckert, Pat Canaday, and Susan
Landreth. Evert made the motion to accept the treasurers report, seconded by Sal, motion passed. Sally made the motion to accept the secretary’s report, seconded by Marvin, motion passed. Ollie made the motion to retain the existing officers for the coming year, seconded by Evert, motion passed. Gatenet will approve new fees at their next meeting. Susan will research and prepare information with the building committee for writing a construction grant that is available. The trustee meeting will be held June 26th, 10:00 a.m. at the Benld Civic Center, to discuss requirements for per capita grant. Gatenet rebate of approximately $l50.00 will be received because Susan is a cataloging buddy. Scholastic Book Fair in July. Booksale (used) June 3rd.
