Bunker Hill Public Library District
The Bunker Hill Public Library
District’s year-round “Adopt-A-Book” program is an opportunity to give a
gift that can be opened again and again.
Anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, gifts for the teacher, in
remembrance of a friend or loved one, or as a commemorative for other
special occasions and holidays are just a few good reasons to adopt a
book. We realize that many
of our friends have moved away but still have fond memories about

and fill-out the form below and mail the form and your check to the
address below. Make your
check payable to “Bunker Hill Public Library District.”
You may select a book, or you may have the library select one for
you. If you choose to
select a book, please confirm by phone call or e-mail that we shelve the
desired book. If your
choice has already been adopted, we will call you and help you select
another favorite. This book
will remain your adopted book as long as it is shelved at our library.
Should the book be retired from our collection, you will have the
opportunity to purchase the book for your own personal collection.
After successful completion, we will mail you a Certificate of
Adoption.
